The present educational scenario in India is something to look seriously into.I am a student doing my Graduation. I could really see that every other person be it a professor or a student just care to finish reading the sullabi and score marks in the respective periodicals. Its hard to accept that i find a very few students who take up education with an aim of becoming a personnal qualified to work in the field. Rest take up their graduation solely for a job ( its not something i blame when it comes to financial point of view of many families).
Students Point
Students are merely adopting a famous tool or technique, "Memorising" their syllabus. Whats the purpose of education when there isn't understanding of the concept. Then its like making a layman read few pages and sequentially answer few questions based on them and then making him work in that field.
